The David Broderick Tower
Information
The David Broderick Tower is a 35 story building on the corner of Witherell and Woodward. Designed by Louis Kamper, the Eaton Tower –as it was originally named – was built in 1927.
The Broderick Tower closed in 1985. Construction on the building started in 2010, with the renovated building opening in 2012-13.
